"My family has been a loyal customer for 30+ years! Jim Saxton's office has ALWAYS been helpful and friendly! Great customer service and they know their business! 11/11/25- I had a question and assumed they were closed for Veterans day. Nope, Christopher Conley emailed me right back with the answer to my question. Jim Saxton's staff is always prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous. It's is why I have been with them Since 1993. 01/05/2026- I couldn't find my insurance cards and Christopher and Stevie were able to help me out while I was at the County office trying to get 3 of my vehicles registered. 5/7/2026- As always, Christopher was able to get me sorted out in a quick and courteous manner. He is always friendly and knows how to get things done!"

"My husband has had State Farm Insurance with Jim Saxton III for over 30 years. My husband has homeowner insurance and had vehicle coverage until just recently when he had to quit driving for medical reasons.
